Job Description

MACHINE OPERATORS/MACHINISTS

WHEMCO, a rapidly growing industry leading manufacturer of iron and steel rolls is seeking experienced machine operators/machinists to learn to set up and to operate large lathes, roll grinders, and milling machines.

Candidates must be able to read blueprints and operate a variety of hand tools;  must possess excellent math skills; must be able to use a variety of measuring devices such as scales and also pass a written exam. Knowledge of CNC controls a plus. This position requires shift work. Employer will train to use specific equipment.
